Honeysuckle Cottage is just 11/2 hours from the Sydney CBD, and is located on ‘Magnolia Farm’ in the north-eastern sector of the Blue Mountains, and above Richmond. The nearest towns are historic Kurrajong Village, Grosevale, and North Richmond.

Coming from the direction of Sydney, travel over the Hawkesbury River from Richmond to North Richmond. At the traffic lights at the crossroads at North Richmond, turn left onto Grosevale Road (Bowen Mountain will also be signposted). Remain on this main road, passing through Grosevale Village and continuing upward until the road finally forks. Bowen Mountain Road is clearly signposted on the left side of the fork. Continue upward on Bowen Mountain Road almost to the top of the mountain. We are located near the top and on the right hand side.

The clear sound of bellbirds will herald your approach, as you travel around the corner of the property up to the nursery entrance.

Coming from the direction of Bilpin and Kurrajong Heights, turn off Bells Line of Road to the right at the signposting for Kurrajong Village. Reaching the village high street, turn right heading out of the village. At the little roundabout, take Westbury Road to your right which will bring you on to Bowen Mountain Road. Turn right and continue up the mountain as for instructions above.
